1. General
These terms and conditions apply to all orders placed through noka.com. By placing an order you agree to these terms. NØKA Drinks B.V. is registered in the Netherlands and sells alcoholic beverages exclusively to persons aged 18 and over.
2. Age Verification
The sale of alcohol to persons under 18 years of age is prohibited by Dutch law (Alcoholwet). By placing an order you confirm that you are 18 years of age or older. NØKA reserves the right to cancel any order where age verification cannot be confirmed.
3. Orders & Prices
All prices are shown in euros and include VAT. Orders are subject to availability. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel an order at any time.
4. Shipping
Standard delivery within the Netherlands takes 3–5 business days. Shipping costs are shown at checkout. Risk transfers to the customer upon delivery.
5. Returns
All sales are final unless the product arrives damaged. If your order arrives damaged, please contact us at info@drinknoka.com within 7 days of receipt with photographic evidence.
6. Responsible Drinking
NØKA promotes responsible alcohol consumption. Please drink in moderation. Alcohol is not suitable for persons under 18, pregnant women, or those sensitive to alcohol. Electrolytes support hydration but do not eliminate the effects of alcohol.
